Terms and Conditions

SurveyApp is a Mobile Application research services platform with a registered panel of users.

Registered panelists of SurveyApp have the opportunity to provide their opinions to marketers and earn rewards. Individuals can register to become panelists of SurveyApp and may participate in surveys conducted on behalf of SurveyApp clients if eligible and invited to do so. Panelists may receive rewards for responding to surveys upon verification of eligibility, completion and validation of survey responses.

By downloading the SurveyApp Mobile Application and registering to become a panelist, you agree to the the SurveyApp "Terms and Conditions", which can be found in their entirety here. These Terms and Conditions including the Privacy Policy, which can be founding its entirety here and all documents referenced constitute the entire agreement between you and SurveyApp with respect to your use of the SurveyApp Mobile Application, your registration, panelist status, invites and participation in surveys.

Registration and Participation

To register with SurveyApp you must provide all information required in the registration form and submit that form to SurveyApp for validation and verification.

By registering with SurveyApp you agree to allows us to; (i) verify your eligibility and to send you a confirmation email confirming your registration, (ii) determine which surveys are appropriate for you and to alert you of such surveys via badge, push or email notifications, (iii) respond to questions or comments you may have, (iv) generate demographic data relating to the responses we receive to particular surveys and (v) establish your rewards account and credit your account after you and/or one of your qualified invited friends complete a survey that is validated by SurveyApp.

These communications and processes are a necessary part of your participation in SurveyApp.

In consideration of your becoming a registered panelist, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as required in the registration process and throughout your participation and for every survey you participate in through SurveyApp.

The Survey Process

From time to time, registered panelists will receive badge, push or email notifications from SurveyApp inviting them to participate in a survey. Surveys are conducted for the benefit of SurveyApp and our clients who have requested market research. Not all panelists will be invited to participate in all surveys. Not all panelists will be eligible for all surveys. Invitations to participate in surveys will be sent out based upon the needs of our clients; the number of surveys they wish to have completed, the demographics they seek, and other determining factors. Registration and profile information we collect help to determine panelist eligibility for particular surveys.

Panelist who respond to a badge, push or email invitation and agree to participate in a survey access the survey through their SurveyApp app. Available surveys are listed in the app. Upon accessing a particular survey there may or may not be additional screening questions to answer in order to determine eligibility. These screening questions are not a part of the actual survey. The number of screening questions asked prior to the start of a particular survey will be limited in number but will vary by survey depending upon the requirements of SurveyApp clients and the completeness of panelists profile questions. Unless a particular survey has already received a sufficient number of responses or has otherwise been closed, those respondents that answer all the screening questions and meet all of the client requirements for the survey will receive the survey. Those panelists who then complete the survey and whose completed survey results are validated by SurveyApp will be entitled to receive the stated reward for that particular survey as further outlined in the "Rewards" section of these Terms and Conditions.

SurveyApp reserves the right to close a survey at any time.

Rewards

SurveyApp offers rewards to panelists in exchange for completed and validated surveys. Rewards are earned for each completed question or survey after the panelist qualification to participate in a particular question or survey has been verified by SurveyApp, the panelist completes that question or survey, and SurveyApp validates the responses to that question or survey. The reward earned for each completed and validated survey will vary based upon the nature and length of the survey.

All terms and conditions regarding your ability to receive rewards for participation in surveys and for invited friends, and payments to you may be changed or modified at any time with or without notice at the sole discretion of SurveyApp.
